Worst experience in our trip to Algarve. Facilities are old and totally outdated. The reception was not in our hotel, so we had to drive around the villa to find where to check in. And what was totally unacceptable, there was a strong noise like an engine in our room. We called the reception, and they neither cane to check using stupid excuses. Pretty mountain spa village. Looks like it has been rather neglected but finally someone is investing. Job in progress, especially hotel Termal, which is a mess. Central and D.Carlos better. Quiet place to relax, excellent views and a private outdoor pool.
